Cancellation Policy

We know plans change, and we will always try to be reasonable. This policy exists because an empty chair at short notice cannot be filled, and our team are paid for the time either way.

48 hours or moreCancel or reschedule free of charge.

Less than 48 hoursA 50% fee applies, and any deposit paid will be lost.

Less than 24 hours, or no-showThe full cost (100%) is charged, to cover the time we are unable to fill.

How to let us know

Call 01424 444946 during opening hours, leave a voicemail outside them, or cancel throughonline bookingat any time. The salon is closed on Wednesdays, but voicemails and online cancellations are picked up.

Deposits

Some appointments require a deposit to secure them, particularly longer colour services. Deposits come off your final bill, and are lost if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice.
