Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee and any deposits paid will be lost. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend without letting us know, the full cost (100%) will be charged to cover the time we're unable to fill.
