Before we recommend a treatment, we would rather look properly. Our certified Kérastase Care Coach uses K-Scan to examine your scalp and hair under magnification — density, condition, oil balance and the health of the follicles. You see exactly what we see on the screen. It takes a few minutes, and it means anything we suggest afterwards is based on evidence rather than a guess.

Colour
Nothing changes how you feel quite like colour. A few shades lighter around the face, warmth put back in, greys gone without anyone being able to say why you look well — it is the most transformative thing we do, and the part of the job our colourists love most. These are salon-only formulations from Kérastase, INNOluxe and L'Oréal Professionnel, mixed for your hair on the day and worked in properly at the basin. There is no home equivalent.
