This website does not collect your details
There are no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up and no accounts on this website. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number anywhere on it, and we do not track you for advertising.
When you book an appointment
Booking is handled by SalonIQ, our salon management system. When you click “Book now” you are taken to SalonIQ's booking portal, and any details you enter there are held by SalonIQ on our behalf. We use those details to manage your appointment, keep your treatment history and contact you about your booking. SalonIQ's own privacy terms apply to that service in addition to ours.
Reviews
Our reviews are collected independently by Salon Spy, which invites clients to leave feedback after an appointment. The review panel shown on our reviews page is provided by Salon Spy, and loading it sets cookies from their website.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies you may receive come from the third-party services above:
- Salon Spy — on our reviews page, to display the live review panel.
- SalonIQ — once you follow a booking or gift-voucher link to their portal.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may stop the review panel from displaying, but nothing else on this site will be affected.
How long we keep things
Client records in SalonIQ are kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that treatment history — particularly colour formulations and skin-test records — is available if you return. Skin-test and consultation records are kept because we may need them to treat you safely.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call01424 444946 or emailserenityrooms@outlook.com and we will help. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
